I. Job Summary
Coordinates projects and activities for marketing services.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the creation and production of complex and detailed sales and marketing materials.
  • Coordinates advertising schedules and placement.
  • Reviews specification sheets, obtains and prepares bids, and acts as a liaison with vendors in such areas as delivering marketing material, scheduling proofs, and meetings.
  • Maintains customer database, generates internal database information such as lists, and counts for direct marketing projects.
  • Compiles and produces sales and marketing reports.
  • Tracks, collates, and maintains inventory of marketing materials.
  • Maintains inventory of photo work, artwork, and film, and maintains marketing literature, archive files, and sample files.
  • Coordinates trade show exhibits, promotions, packaging, shipping, and staff travel plans, and travels to and participates in trade shows when necessary.
  • Helps prepare for involvement in community organizations and events.
  • May provide support and direction to less experienced Marketing Coordinators.

III. Qualifications 
A. Required Qualifications 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4 years of prior work experience.

B. Preferred Qualifications 

  • Strong awareness of current digital trends and best practices, including emerging uses of AI in content creation and optimization.
  • Creative background as an artist, videographer, or photographer, with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling, on‑brand content that stands out while meeting legal, compliance, and brand guidelines.
  • Experience collaborating with translators and adapting content for multilingual audiences.
  • Highly energetic, collaborative, and passionate about topics related to the environment and sustainability.
  • Skilled storyteller who can bring complex ideas to life across digital channels.
  • Proven ability to work as a self‑starter and manage independent projects with minimal direction.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, including SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Proficiency with social media analytics and creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience using Sprinklr (or similar enterprise social media management platforms) to publish, monitor, and analyze content.
  • Bilingual (French and English) is an asset

☒ Office: This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.

The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $60,000 - $70,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. This position is for an existing vacancy.
