Who are you?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist that will assist the Senior Director, Business Operations in building and leading a centralized procurement function that drives cost savings, focuses on strategic sourcing, analytics, deal negotiations, vendor performance, sustainability outcomes, and operational consistency across Live Nation Canada's venues and festivals. This role partners closely with Operations, Finance, Sustainability, IT, Sponsorship and F&B to professionalize sourcing, scale national agreements, and embed procurement into day-to-day decision making —without slowing the business down.
Responsibilities:
Conduct supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, competitive bids and direct negotiations;
Issue and manage purchase orders through the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
Analyze internal requisitions and technical specifications to ensure accurate procurement;
Conduct spend, pricing, and performance analysis to support sourcing decisions;
Develop and execute category strategies in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and sponsorship parters;
Track delivery timelines, monitor supplier performance, and resolve supply issues;
Manage vendors contracts and qualification processes
Develop reports and monitor department KPIs
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders;
Support supplier onboarding and compliance processes;
Collaborate on cost reduction initiatives and process improvement projects.
Ad hoc duties as assigned to support Business Operations, including and not limited to, on-site compliance, national strategy, business development, and innovation.

What this person will bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields;
Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing (for mid-level);
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Totvs, etc.);
Strong negotiation and communication skills;
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills;

The expected compensation for this position in Ontario is: $70,000-80,000
