Current River Dental is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dental Sterilization Technician to join our friendly, full-time team in Thunder Bay. At Current River Dental, our Sterilization Technicians play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations by maintaining instrument sterilization, preparing operatories, and supporting clinical efficiency. What We're Offering
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • 35–40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday schedule — no evenings or weekends

  • What We're Looking For
  • Experience in dental or medical instrument sterilization is an asset (not required)
  • Knowledge of infection prevention and control standards (IPAC) is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • A dependable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and follow established sterilization protocols
  • Previous dental office experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidate
