The team at Northwood Family Dental located in Thunder Bay, Ontario are looking for a passionate, hard-working Chairside Dental Assistant on a full-time basis. 

The ideal Chairside Dental Assistant for our team will be highly motivated to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

    • SCHEDULE:

  • 35-40 hours per week
  • Days of the week Mon-Thurs and Saturdays, 8AM-5 PM with one day till 7PM

    • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Completion of a Dental Assisting program is an asset 
  • Experience is not required - we're open to entry level applicants
  • 1 year of experience is required
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
