About the Role 

We're seeking a driven Associate Talent Development Director. This role blends talent acquisition and business development, ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships, loves a challenge, and approaches recruitment with a hunter mentality.

The position owns the dentist pipeline end-to-end, from sourcing through placement and develops tailored regional recruitment strategies to ensure sustainable growth. You'll build strong connections with dental schools, associations, and community networks, while collaborating closely with our Business Development team and Associate Recruitment team to align intelligence, territory planning, and shared recruitment goals.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for associate and contractor dentists, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies to support growth and coverage across assigned territories.
  • Build and sustain relationships with external stakeholders such as dental schools, professional associations, and networking organizations.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to: Share market and candidate intelligence.
  • Co-plan territory strategies for short- and long-term expansion.
  • In collaboration with regional Talent Advisors, provide oversight of the recruitment process from requisition to offer, including posting, screening, interviewing. 

  • Track recruitment activity, pipeline metrics, and market data to optimize strategy.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and recruitment fairs.
  • Travel regularly to develop relationships, manage territories, and attend events. 
  • Qualifications 

    Education: 

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • CPHR/CHRP designation considered an asset.
  • Experience: 

  • 5–8 years of experience in specialized recruitment and/or business development; healthcare or dental industry experience preferred.
  • Technical: 

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS/CRM), sourcing tools, and MS Excel for pipeline tracking and reporting.
  • Travel: 

  • Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territories.
