The RoleAs a Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll help design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support our internal teams and business growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to scalable architecture, and be part of a company where your impact is visible and valued.
What You'll Be Doing- Customize and configure Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and internal systems (APIs, middleware, etc.).
- Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to peer reviews and architecture discussions.
- Participate in Agile sprints, support QA/UAT testing, and help drive technical best practices.
- 5 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Familiarity with declarative tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft or similar)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, deployment, and version control tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.)
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder, etc.)
- Previous experience working with U.S. teams or companies
- Good written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
- Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Required to have a Canadian passport or a valid US visitor visa to enter the US and attend meetings.
