What You Will Do

• Support daily quality activities on the shop floor

• Help investigate defects and support root cause analysis

• Review drawings and work instructions

• Track, analyze and automate quality data

• Work with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams

What You Will Learn

• How quality systems work in a manufacturing environment

• Basics of root cause and corrective action

• How to read engineering drawings and specifications

• Practical experience with continuous improvement

Qualifications You Must Have

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).

• Please be advised that the successful candidate must meet all requirements under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) & Controlled Goods Directorate (CGD) and be eligible to work in Canada. Securing CGD Clearance, as required by Canadian law, may take 1-2 weeks for Canadian citizens and permanent residents and up to 5 months or longer for international students.

Qualifications We Preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of engineering drawings

• Good communication skills

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office & Programming Languages
