About This Role:
Our organization is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist . In this position, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective maintenance services to our facilities. Your expertise in general building maintenance, including light electrical/plumbing work, carpentry, painting, and HVAC filter changes will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.This role requires strong mechanical aptitude as well as excellent communication and time management skills. You must also have the ability to self-manage your workload and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain equipment safely and properly
- Perform general building maintenance duties on an as-needed basis
- Troubleshoot common repair issues related to lighting/electrical systems
- Detect potential problems before they occur through regular safety inspections
