Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractor Intern progressing to Associate! This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your clinical skills, gain hands-on experience, and transition seamlessly from internship to full chiropractic practice. You will work closely with experienced chiropractors to deliver comprehensive patient care, focusing on improving mobility, alleviating pain, and promoting overall wellness. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in primary care, musculoskeletal health, and holistic treatment approaches within a supportive environment.
*Duties*
* Conduct thorough patient observations and assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues and pain sources
* Assist in developing and implementing personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs
* Perform physical examinations, including range of motion tests and neurological assessments
* Apply trigger point therapy and other manual therapies to relieve muscle tension and improve function
* Participate in patient education about posture, ergonomics, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications
* Support the interpretation of medical imaging results relevant to musculoskeletal health
*Skills*
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to chiropractic care
* Excellent patient observation skills with attention to detail during assessments and physical examinations
* Proficiency in performing trigger point therapy and other manual treatment techniques
* Familiarity with medical imaging interpretation related to musculoskeletal conditions
* Effective communication skills for explaining treatment plans and health advice clearly
* Ability to develop comprehensive care plans based on thorough patient assessments
* Eagerness to learn continuously about primary care approaches within chiropractic medicine
