As an Operations Manager, you will be a people-focused leader, accountable for running a successful DL Club and ensuring our members enjoy an exceptional experience every day of the week. You will regularly step into the role of Duty Manager, working alongside your team to uphold health & safety and compliance regulations while maximizing member satisfaction.

As our Operations Manager, we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Has led a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals across different departments.
• Is experienced in financial planning and management.
• Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
