Offers Commission Our client is a high-growth, venture-backed security infrastructure startup that is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the foundational Go-To-Market (GTM) team in San Francisco. This is a high-impact, high-expectation role designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to solve complex problems. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow alongside a world-class team with experience from industry leaders like Figma, AWS, and Red Hat. Key responsibilities: Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify high-potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline. Meeting Generation: Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives through strategic outreach. Product Mastery: Develop a deep understanding of the technical product, customer pain points, and specific security use cases. GTM Strategy: Experiment with messaging, communication channels, and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to determine scalable sales tactics. Market Feedback: Provide direct insights from the market to the founders and GTM team to help shape product positioning and sales motions. Outbound Motion: Actively contribute to the definition and refinement of the organization's outbound sales strategy.
