This is a backend-first role. While some frontend flexibility is required, backend maturity and architecture experience are critical.

What We're Looking For
-Strong experience with Python and Django in production environments
-Solid understanding of REST API design principles
-Experience working with PostgreSQL at scale
-Comfortable working with AWS infrastructure
-Experience with CI/CD pipelines
-Docker familiarity
-Ability to move between backend and frontend when necessary
-Strong Git workflow experience
