We are looking for a Data Engineer / BI Consultant to build an end-to-end marketing data pipeline in Google BigQuery.
The initial project will centralise 200,000+ keywords and related market metrics currently managed across multiple Google Sheets, automate data ingestion from the Google Ads API (Keyword Planner) and Meta Marketing API, apply rule-based keyword classification (e.g. Category vs Model, Ownership/Support intent), and support executive reporting in Looker Studio.
This is a scoped contract project with defined deliverables, with the potential for ongoing contract work for maintenance, enhancements, and future integrations.
Initial Scope
Migrate data from multiple Google Sheets into BigQuery
Build API ingestion pipelines (Google Ads API + Meta Marketing API)
Implement rule-based keyword classification/filtering
Create reporting-ready BigQuery tables/views
Support Looker Studio reporting outputs
Document the solution and handover process
Core Requirements
Strong BigQuery, SQL, and Python experience
Experience building data pipelines on GCP
Proven Google Ads API experience (ideally Keyword Planner metrics)
Strong API integration experience (auth, scheduling, error handling)
Experience with marketing/keyword data modelling
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: BigQuery, Looker Studio, API, SQL, Python, Data Migration, Database Design
