This is an internal Instagram-first wholesale automation system built using Airtable + Make (Integromat) + Shopify, with light AI assistance.
Instagram DMs are the primary sales channel.
Email is used only when creating Shopify draft orders / invoices.

The Exact Flow This System Must Support (Real Example)
Here is the real sequence I run today, manually, that needs to be automated:
1. Cold outreach via Instagram DM
• First message is sent manually (by me or a VA)
• System drafts the DM, queues it, and tracks it
2. Buyer replies with interest
• Often asks: "Are you on Brandboom?"
• System detects intent and surfaces/sends Brandboom link inside IG DM
3. Buyer asks for guidance
• Example: "What are your best sellers and size ranges?"
• System detects "needs recommendation"
• Prompts a reply offering a small best-seller test run
4. Buyer agrees → provides email + shipping address (via IG DM)
• System parses and saves email + shipping info
• Status moves to "Ready for Draft Order"
5. Shopify Draft Order is auto-created
• Uses a predefined "Starter Pack" (best sellers + size run)
• Free shipping can be toggled
• Draft order + invoice link is saved
6. Invoice is sent
• Sent via IG DM (link)
• Email can also be sent as backup (transactional only)
7. Automated follow-ups
• IG DM follow-ups for unpaid invoices
• Reorder reminders 30–45 days later
This flow already works manually.
Your job is to turn it into a clean, repeatable system.

What You'll Be Building (MVP Scope)
1. Wholesale CRM (Airtable)
• Stores, buyers, IG handle, email, shipping address
• Pipeline stages (DM Sent → Interested → Brandboom Sent → Needs Recommendation → Draft Order Sent → Paid → Reorder)
• Views for daily DM tasks and follow-ups
2. Instagram DM Logic (Safe & Compliant)
• First DM is manual only
• System handles:
• reply logging
• intent classification
• suggested or auto replies after engagement
• Instagram is the primary channel
3. Shopify Automation
• Auto-create Shopify Draft Orders
• Apply preset "Starter Pack" templates
• Generate invoice links
• Detect payment status and update pipeline
4. Follow-Ups & Reorders
• Automated IG DM reminders for unpaid invoices
• Automated reorder check-ins
5. Light AI Assistance
• Draft DM replies in my tone
• Classify buyer intent (send info / needs recommendation / ready to order)

This project is about replicating a real, revenue-producing Instagram wholesale workflow, not inventing a new one. If you've built systems for sales ops, CRMs, or Shopify automation, this will be straightforward.
