We are recruiting for a commercially focused Sales Enablement Lead to support and enhance the performance of a B2B sales team within a growing medical equipment company. This is not a sales administration role. It is a strategic position focused on improving sales effectiveness, driving revenue growth and ensuring the team has the right tools, training and structure to succeed. You will work closely with a team of six sales professionals, helping to optimise pipeline management, reporting, onboarding and overall sales performance. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales enablement strategy Improve CRM usage and pipeline visibility Equip the sales team with presentations, tools and supporting materials Analyse sales performance data and identify areas for improvement Support onboarding and continuous development of the sales team Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and processes Ideal Background:
Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations or Revenue Operations Strong understanding of B2B sales processes Confident working with CRM systems and sales reporting Analytical mindset with the ability to influence and advise Comfortable working in a technical or commercial environment
