À propos

Tim Hortons Foundation Camps help youth from underserved communities achieve their full potential through multi-year, overnight camp experiences. Whether at camp or back home in their communities between visits—our youth work to build social, emotional, leadership and innovation skills and behaviours like volunteerism and motivation to learn so they become civically and academically engaged and successfully transition to adulthood.

At Tims Camps, we are catalysts for good—helping our youth participants and teammates be the best they can be, developing personal and career growth. We empower young people with skills to open doors to their future. That is our North Star and, together, we help shape leaders that build stronger communities.

Job Summary:

We are seeking two skilled, hands-on Communications Managers to deliver integrated internal and external communications that keep key audiences informed, aligned, and engaged. Reporting to the Director, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement, these roles own the delivery of assigned portfolios, projects, and initiatives across channels.

These positions are execution-forward and project-led. They do not include direct people management. Instead, each Communications Manager leads communications initiatives from concept through delivery—producing high-quality, audience-focused content.

Working in close partnership with each other and cross-functional teams, the two Managers will share responsibility for delivering the organization's communications portfolio while maintaining consistent voice, quality, and standards. At the center of this work is a simple goal: helping more young people access meaningful experiences that build confidence, belonging, and lifelong opportunity.

Work Location:

This role will offer a hybrid work arrangement and will be based out of the Foundation's Home Office in St. George, Ontario working a minimum of three days/week in-office. Local travel may be required.

Employment Type: There are two contract opportunities available within the Communications team. These positions are being posted to address a vacancy within the department. Each role is approximately a one‑year contract, with the first beginning in March and the second beginning in May. The salary range for these positions is $60,000 - $70,000 per annum.

  • Contract 1: Anticipated term from March 2026 to March 2027
  • Contract 2: Anticipated term from May 2026 to August 2027
