We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing inventory, and keeping records of warehouse activities. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, and performing other duties as assigned. Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and all employees are required to use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Expect frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. We value teamwork and encourage open communication among all team members to foster a productive and positive workplace. Understanding of Logistics principles is beneficial for this role. Adherence to Safety protocols is paramount.
