We are looking for energetic and efficient Pickers/Packers to join our fulfillment center in Columbus, Ohio. This role is fundamental to our logistics process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and quickly assembled and prepared for shipment. Your primary responsibilities will involve using order lists or scanners to locate products on warehouse shelves, carefully picking the correct items, and then packing them securely and efficiently for transit. Attention to detail is key to ensuring order accuracy and minimizing errors. You will also be involved in restocking picked locations, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to all company safety procedures. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques are mandatory to ensure your well-being. This is a fast-paced environment where teamwork and a strong work ethic are highly valued. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses good manual dexterity, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus, but not required, as we offer comprehensive training.
