We are seeking dedicated and efficient Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include picking items from warehouse shelves, packing them securely for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Attention to detail is paramount as you'll be responsible for verifying order accuracy and ensuring all items are accounted for. You will also be involved in receiving and stocking incoming inventory, maintaining an organized workspace, and adhering to all company policies and procedures, especially those concerning safety. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and a commitment to high-quality work. You'll work closely with a team to meet daily targets and contribute to the overall efficiency of our fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
