We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics hub. As a DC Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse organization. This role is crucial for ensuring that products are handled efficiently, accurately, and safely, meeting our high standards for customer satisfaction. You will work as part of a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment. Safety is our top priority, and we require all associates to strictly adhere to safety procedures and utilize appropriate PPE at all times. The physical demands include significant standing, walking, bending, and the ability to perform lifting up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying against documentation.
- Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory levels.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and PPE usage.
- Assist with shipping and loading of trucks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and RF scanners.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
