We are hiring enthusiastic Warehouse Workers for our facility in San Antonio, Texas. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including sweeping, tidying, and organizing stock.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks and trailers.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics concepts.
- Must be willing to wear and use all required PPE.
- Good communication skills.
