Responsibilities:
- Perform various warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Accurately identify and count inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all instructions and procedures for order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting.
- Ability to operate various types of warehouse machinery.
- Capability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and use of PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
- Strong commitment to teamwork and reliability.
