We are seeking enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our thriving team in Portland, Oregon. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders from start to finish. This dynamic role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll be involved in picking items, packing them with care, and preparing them for shipment. Our logistics operations are critical, and your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction. We foster a collaborative environment where your efforts are recognized and valued. Continuous training on best practices in order fulfillment and safety is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory using order lists and RF scanners.
- Inspect products for defects before packing.
- Package items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Prepare orders for shipping carriers, coordinating pickups.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management activities.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including moderate Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute to team goals and improve overall logistics performance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive Lifting tasks.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment is a plus.
- A strong commitment to workplace Safety standards.
