We are seeking reliable and efficient Order Pickers to join our logistics team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from our warehouse shelves based on customer orders. Your primary duties will involve using pick lists or scanning devices to locate items, ensuring the correct quantity and product are retrieved, and staging them for the packing and shipping departments. Attention to detail is crucial to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in the efficiency of our entire logistics process, contributing to timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, organized, and works well independently or as part of a team. This role requires the ability to perform continuous Lifting of items throughout your shift and maintaining focus on accuracy. Safety is a top priority; all associates are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
