You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing items for shipping, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to a safe and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety. Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic individuals. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Process and prepare shipments for delivery.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and recording.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming goods.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned within the logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to follow safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
