Are you a motivated individual seeking a rewarding career in logistics? Our expanding warehouse in Huntsville, Alabama, is looking for dedicated Order Pickers to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets, using electric pallet jacks or other equipment as needed. You must demonstrate precision and efficiency to meet picking quotas while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Understanding product locations within the warehouse and efficient picking routes will be key to your success. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety, and all team members are required to follow strict protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting practices. This role involves significant physical activity, including walking, bending, reaching, and lifting items up to 45 lbs consistently. A positive attitude, the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team, and a dedication to quality service are essential qualities we seek. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products according to order specifications.
- Use scanning devices to track picked items.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Verify picked items against order sheets.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the picking area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Meet performance targets for picking speed and accuracy.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in order picking or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret pick tickets.
- Comfortable using scanning technology.
- Physical capability for frequent lifting up to 45 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and PPE.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
