We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Worker for our Boston, Massachusetts facility. This role is critical for maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse and supporting our extensive logistics network. You will be involved in a range of essential tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods. A commitment to a safe and organized work environment is paramount, and all employees are expected to follow established safety procedures and utilize the necessary PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with precision.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE .
- Support the overall flow of goods within our logistics chain.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
