Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our growing team in Austin, Texas. This role is essential to the efficient operation of our distribution center, encompassing a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will be a key player in our logistics network, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory within the distribution center using appropriate methods.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklifts).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all warehouse protocols.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all company safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE .
  • Perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including regular lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
  • Support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or related role is preferred.
  • Ability to operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
  • Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE .
  • Understanding of fundamental logistics principles.
