Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from warehouse inventory according to order specifications.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transport.
- Verify the accuracy of items and quantities picked before packaging.
- Apply shipping labels and complete necessary shipping documentation.
- Participate in inventory management activities and stock checks.
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols diligently, including the use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Picker/Packer role or similar warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and wear necessary PPE.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations is a plus.
