We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team in Columbus, Ohio. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all outgoing shipments. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for verifying shipping orders, preparing documentation, packaging items securely, and coordinating with carriers for pickup. Your duties will also include maintaining inventory records related to shipments and ensuring that the shipping area is clean, organized, and safe. A strong understanding of shipping procedures and logistics is essential. Adherence to all company safety policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. While this role primarily involves administrative and organizational tasks, occasional assistance with lifting and moving packages up to 30 pounds may be required. We are looking for a reliable, efficient individual with excellent communication skills who can manage multiple tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of our supply chain. Responsibilities:
- Process and verify all outgoing shipping orders.
- Prepare accurate shipping labels, manifests, and bills of lading.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipment.

- Maintain organized records of all shipping activities.
- Ensure the shipping area is clean, orderly, and adheres to safety regulations.
- Properly use PPE and follow all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory checks related to shipments.
- Perform occasional lifting of packages up to 30 pounds.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a shipping, receiving, or logistics role.
- Proficiency in shipping software and order processing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
