This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. You will interact with various departments to ensure seamless operations, from receiving to shipping. Maintaining accurate records, managing stock levels, and implementing process improvements are key responsibilities. A thorough understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and best practices in inventory control is vital. You must be committed to enforcing all Safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE and safe Lifting procedures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse supervision or coordination and possess excellent problem-solving abilities. We are seeking an individual who can effectively manage resources, drive productivity, and ensure a high level of accuracy in all warehouse operations.
