We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory records, ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary duties will involve conducting regular cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, investigating stock movements, and implementing process improvements to minimize errors and enhance stock accuracy. You will work closely with warehouse management and operational teams to identify root causes of inventory issues and develop preventative measures. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized inventory environment. Experience with RF scanners and barcode systems is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We emphasize adherence to all safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and safe Lifting techniques.
