We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring efficient handling of products from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate is reliable, energetic, and has a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping preparation. We prioritize employee well-being and provide comprehensive training on Safety procedures, along with all necessary PPE . The position requires regular physical activity, including significant Lifting and moving of inventory. Responsibilities:
- Receive and accurately record incoming shipments.
- Store merchandise in designated areas, optimizing space.
- Pick items accurately for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and wear all required PPE .
- Perform consistent Lifting and movement of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts.
- Contribute to the efficiency of our Logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting .
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety best practices and proper use of PPE .
- Familiarity with basic Logistics concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
