Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic Distribution Center Associates to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is multifaceted and vital to the success of our logistics operations. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and ensure the smooth flow of goods through our distribution network. A strong understanding of Safety protocols is essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory organization.
  • Load and unload trucks as needed.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training available).
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to all Safety standards.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety and PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals within the Logistics framework.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or operational issues.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety shoes and vests.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of Logistics operations.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
