Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Order Picker to join our logistics team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is crucial for ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for navigating the warehouse to locate and retrieve specified items for customer orders. Accuracy and speed are essential, as is the ability to follow picking instructions precisely. You will work with a variety of products and contribute directly to the smooth operation of our distribution center. Safety is our top priority, and adherence to all Safety guidelines is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or RF scanner instructions.
  • Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as required.
  • Stage picked orders for packing and shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in inventory counts and checks.
  • Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and use of required PPE.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support overall Logistics operations.
  • Meet or exceed picking performance targets.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting of up to 45 lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read and understand order tickets and product labels.
  • Knowledge of warehouse Safety standards.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety shoes and vests.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of Logistics processes.
