We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our logistics hub. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and moving incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and preparing orders for shipment, and managing inventory. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all products are handled with care. Training will be provided on our specific warehouse management systems and procedures. We value teamwork and encourage a collaborative atmosphere where everyone contributes to our shared goals. Understanding and adhering to all safety regulations and protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is paramount. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products.
- Pull and fill orders from stock.
- Manage inventory control and inventory counts.
- Keep up stock and cleanliness.
- Prepare and conduct full stock takes.
- Identify and report damaged, or shrink when detected.
- Pack and stage orders for shipment.
- Operate forklats and pallet jacks safely.
- Adhere to all company and industry safety and security practices, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
