In this role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your precision and efficiency are key to our logistics success. You will utilize scanning devices to track inventory and ensure order accuracy. A strong commitment to Safety is a requirement, and you will be expected to follow all warehouse safety procedures and consistently wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves standing for extended periods, walking throughout the warehouse, and performing manual tasks that may include Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Use RF scanners to manage inventory and track order fulfillment.
- Verify product accuracy and condition before picking.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and warehouse policies.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Report any picking errors or inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Meet productivity targets for order picking.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Perform occasional moderate Lifting as part of the picking process.
