Are you detail-oriented and enjoy an active role? We are hiring an Order Picker for our facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Your duties will include reading order sheets, locating specified products, using scanning equipment to track inventory, and preparing items for the packing and shipping process. Maintaining an organized and clean work area is essential to ensure smooth operations and prevent errors. Safety is our top priority, and all employees must strictly follow established safety procedures and wear the required PPE , such as safety shoes and high-visibility vests. This role requires significant physical stamina, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, and the ability to perform frequent Lifting of boxes and items up to 50 pounds. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are crucial for success in this position. You will be a vital link in our Logistics chain, ensuring that our customers receive the correct products in a timely manner.
