We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Worker to join our team in San Diego, California. This position is fundamental to the successful operation of our distribution center, supporting a wide range of warehouse activities. You will be involved in the movement, storage, and preparation of goods, playing a key role in our logistics process. A strong commitment to Safety, efficiency, and teamwork is essential. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, stocking shelves, picking items for orders, packing goods securely, and preparing them for shipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all areas are free from hazards. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory, and adherence to all safety regulations is expected to prevent accidents and injuries. This role requires physical stamina, including extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting of products. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming goods.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare items for shipping, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize and maintain required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and checks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
