Our St. Louis, Missouri branch is looking for dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our thriving logistics team! This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods from receipt to dispatch. You will be responsible for a range of duties including receiving, stocking, picking, and packing orders. Our company places a high emphasis on Safety, and all employees must strictly adhere to Safety guidelines and properly use all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods for damage and accuracy.
- Place received items into proper storage locations.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Stage completed orders for carrier pickup.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all company policies and Safety procedures.
- Always wear required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience is advantageous.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse logistics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to adhere to all Safety standards and wear PPE.
