- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and containers.
- Sort and categorize incoming and outgoing products.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock placement.
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking and packing items.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and guidelines.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or operational discrepancies.
- Participate in regular inventory audits.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor setting is advantageous.
- Capacity for frequent and sustained Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Knowledge of basic warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Good manual dexterity and coordination.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of safety protocols within a logistics environment.
