We are hiring an Order Picker for our busy warehouse in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. If you are detail-oriented, energetic, and enjoy being part of a team that keeps goods moving, this role is for you! As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, ensuring that the right items are selected with speed and precision. This is a vital function within our logistics operation, directly impacting order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. You will work with RF scanners and other equipment to locate and pick items efficiently. Safety is a core value in our warehouse, and you must adhere to all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE. This position requires substantial walking and standing, and the ability to perform lifting of up to 40 pounds. If you are a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to accuracy and safety, join our dedicated logistics team. Previous warehouse or picking experience is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
- Use RF scanners and other equipment to identify and locate items.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing or shipping area.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order tickets and item labels.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Reliable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
