Join our innovative Fulfillment Associate team in San Diego, California. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency are critical to ensuring a positive customer experience and the smooth running of our logistics processes. This role requires dedication to quality and Safety.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Pack orders securely and professionally, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order contents against shipping labels and customer information.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as scanners and printers to manage order flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to optimize productivity.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed performance standards for picking, packing, and shipping accuracy and speed.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all fulfillment and logistics goals are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned within the fulfillment center.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or e-commerce role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Capability of frequent Lifting of items up to 45 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with work schedule, including potential overtime.
- A strong dedication to maintaining a Safe work environment.
