Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from assigned warehouse locations, verifying against order forms.
- Inspect items for quality and condition before packing.
- Assemble and pack orders with care, using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
- Apply shipping labels and any necessary documentation to packages.
- Maintain a tidy and efficient packing station and work area.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and use of PPE.
- Perform regular lifting and moving of inventory items.
- Support the overall operations of our logistics department.
Qualifications:
- High school education or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or packing is preferred.
- Ability to interpret product codes and order details.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and safe lifting practices.
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
