We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our innovative logistics center in Miami, Florida. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, from picking and packing to preparing items for shipment. This position is crucial to our supply chain and requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using order lists or electronic scanning devices.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are ready for shipment.
- Perform quality checks on all orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and update order statuses.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with receiving and stocking of inventory as needed.
- Identify and report any damages, discrepancies, or potential safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or similar role is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Capability to perform lifting up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology and warehouse systems is advantageous.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to wear and use all required PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics and supply chain principles.
