Join our dynamic team in St. Louis, Missouri, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to play a key role in our logistics operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your efficiency and accuracy directly impact customer satisfaction and the smooth flow of goods from our warehouse to their destinations. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications, using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Package orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate materials to ensure product protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipment and ensure all shipping documentation is accurate.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for carrier pickup, coordinating as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock put-away as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Perform tasks involving moderate Lifting and movement of goods, following safe Lifting practices.
- Contribute to team goals and improve overall logistics efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
- Capability to perform manual tasks and regular Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and WMS is a plus.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe work environment and following all Safety guidelines.
