Job Summary:
Our Boise, Idaho warehouse is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to support our growing logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your contribution is vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We emphasize a safe and organized working environment, and all associates are expected to adhere to strict safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina and a commitment to teamwork. You will work closely with supervisors and other team members to meet operational demands.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming materials, verifying quantities and condition.
  • Stock inventory in designated locations accurately and efficiently.
  • Pick customer orders using order sheets or scanners.
  • Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Stage outgoing shipments and assist with carrier loading.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets and ensure smooth workflow in the logistics chain.

Qualifications:
  • Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for the entire shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to follow directions and work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse operations and safety protocols.
  • Reliable and punctual with a consistent work ethic.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving warehouse processes.
  • Must be comfortable working in a warehouse setting.
  • Adherence to all safety regulations and the use of required PPE is mandatory.
