Your responsibilities will include verifying order details against shipping documentation, selecting appropriate packaging, applying shipping labels correctly, and coordinating with various transportation carriers. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy are essential for this role. You will utilize our shipping software and adhere to all carrier requirements and regulations. We foster a safe working environment, and strict adherence to safety guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting practices, is mandatory. This position requires the ability to lift up to 35 lbs on a regular basis and stand for extended periods. We are seeking proactive, organized individuals with excellent communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced logistics setting. Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare all outgoing shipments accurately.
- Verify order contents against shipping manifests.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Proficiency with shipping software and label printing.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability for frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and standing.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and PPE requirements.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
