As an Order Picker, you will be at the forefront of our fulfillment process, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently gathered. You will utilize advanced scanning technology to locate products, verify order accuracy, and prepare items for packing and shipping. This role demands physical stamina, precision, and a strong commitment to upholding our high Safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and other picking equipment.
- Retrieve products from designated locations within the warehouse.
- Double-check picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Package orders securely and in compliance with shipping guidelines.
- Maintain an orderly and clean workspace.
- Follow all company Safety procedures, including the correct usage of PPE .
- Achieve picking performance targets.
- Assist with inventory tasks and stock rotation.
- Contribute to the overall success of our Logistics operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse picking is advantageous.
- Ability to work with RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems.
- Must be physically capable of frequent bending, reaching, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety and proper PPE usage.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse Logistics processes is a plus.
