We are actively seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of goods. Your responsibilities will span across receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping, making you a crucial part of our logistics process. This position requires a strong work ethic, physical capability for tasks involving Lifting, and a dedication to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. You will collaborate with a team committed to excellence in warehouse management.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents and checking for damage.
- Sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items for orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking as required.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily operational goals within the logistics framework.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a consistent attendance record.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to our logistics operations.
